The Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Science with a Concentration in Sport & Exercise Psychology is an advanced, interdisciplinary program designed for professionals who seek to understand and enhance the mental and emotional aspects of athletic performance, physical activity, and personal well-being. This program blends psychology, kinesiology, and health science to prepare students to support athletes, teams, coaches, and individuals in reaching their full potential—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
